Currently under construction, SkySong Apartments is located in the SkySong Center, a large mixed-use development comprised of residential, retail, hotel and businesses with access to related activities at Arizona State University.

The residential component includes 325 market-rate apartments featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 551 to 1,618 sq. ft. Living units are oriented to streets as well as internal courtyards. Street-level stoops and canopies articulate and enliven the streetscape and further establish a sense of place with pedestrian scale and walkable neighborhood character. Residential units wrap and entirely conceal a 1,000-car parking structure to meet the parking needs of the residential component, the adjacent research/office building and retail.

Amenities include covered parking, private balconies, and a clubhouse with state-of-the-art exercise facility, lounge and conference space. Additional highlights include two major and three smaller courtyards featuring lush landscaping, water features and a resort-style pool and spa. A park-like Paseo serves as a major pedestrian way and the connecting link between office/research, retail, residential and public open space.
