The Visionauts were created in 2014 and evolved from Gary Todd’s, President of Todd & Associates, interest in the concept of “participatory management.” This concept stems from the Todd & Associates Leadership’s desire to hear the voices of a younger generation to help identify workplace trends, set future goals, and improve the office environment. Studies have shown that this age group is more outspoken and will push for change… changes that are often desired by all employees!
The Visionauts includes early-to mid-career staff who provide this unique perspective. This group meets monthly to tackle specific tasks including perceptions of the work environment, vision for the firm, process improvement, and the evolution of the office culture, benefiting individuals, and the firm.
