ASU Casa de Valle Student Housing
We are thrilled to introduce Casa del Valle, the latest addition to ASU West’s student housing! This vibrant, 4-story apartment community offers 507 beds and is located next to Casa de Oro, the student housing project Todd & Associates proudly designed in partnership with American Campus Communities back in 2010. Together, these projects were a part of a visionary master plan for future growth, and we are excited to see that vision continue to take shape with Casa del Valle!
