About Gary
Gary is the President and founding Principal of Todd & Associates with more than 40 years of design and leadership experience. Since founding the firm in 1981, he has completed a number of award-winning projects of significant scale and complexity throughout the continental United States and Hawaii. Gary has extensive experience in the design of residential, senior, and hospitality, as well as college and university projects. His devotion to the client’s purpose, goal, and vision serves as a key factor in the ongoing success of the firm.
Principal, Director of Senior Living
About Dan
As Director of Senior Living, Dan provides leadership to further the firm’s reputation, relationships, experience, and expertise in the area of senior living communities and worship communities. While participating in establishing a vision and direction for projects, Dan builds consensus with and inspires team members to optimize performance through a positive and innovative approach to the firm’s projects. As an industry leader, Dan has presented at several senior living and religious conferences such as Arizona ALFA, LeadingAge, and the National Association of Home Builders.
Director of Design
About Craig
Craig directs the overall design product quality of the firm through his leadership and management of the project design process. He provides guidance and mentoring to project design personnel and team members. Craig also collaborates with clients, consultants and others throughout the design process. His thoughtfulness in conception as well as execution demonstrates his broad creative range, resulting in unique and memorable solutions shaped by the aspirations of our clients.
Director of Administration Services
About Karen
Karen has over 35 years of diverse experience, leading the administrative services provided by the firm, including accounting and human resources. Her financial expertise includes corporate accounting, financial reporting, and administrative contracts oversight and reporting. Karen also oversees the human resources aspect of the firm, including employee benefits, compensation and health & wellness programs.

About Shelley
As Director of Operations, Shelley is responsible for enthusiastically raising the bar for all operational-related activities of the firm. Shelley collaborates with and teaches other people in the firm to ensure Todd & Associates continues to excel at a very high level of operations. With over 18 years of experience in the architectural profession, Shelley works closely with project teams and clients to ensure that the client’s design expectations are not only met but exceeded while ensuring profitable projects for the firm.

Brad began his professional career with Todd & Associates in 1987. A key design leader in Landscape Architecture his work demonstrates an appreciation of regional distinctions through the use of native materials, site-specific plant palettes, and local landscape typologies. He is committed to sustainability and design excellence in every setting. Brad’s passion is rooted in creating places that meet today’s needs, supports the well-being of individuals, and provides positive experiences through creative design.
