Aviara Flats and Casa Azure – Groundbreaking Announcement
This morning, we broke ground on two communities, Aviara Flats and Casa Azure, in Phoenix, Arizona, with our fantastic client Dominium. Our design will create a total of 568 units on a 25.17-acre site, integrating both Family Apartments (372 Units) and Senior Apartments (196 Units) into the Maryvale neighborhood through a community-friendly site design, connective landscape, and an improved pedestrian experience. Congratulations to our project design team on this important milestone. We are delighted to be entrusted to design projects that provide much-needed affordable housing in Arizona.
