La Victoria Commons & Townhomes
New Development! Copa Health and Newtown Community Development Corporation are collaborating to develop La Victoria in Tempe, Arizona. The project will bring affordable rental housing (La Victoria Commons) and homeownership (La Victoria Townhomes) to low-income individuals and families. The community will consist of 104 affordable apartments in 4 stories over surface parking with 19 for-sale townhomes.
Copa Health Clinic and Copa Café will reside on the first floor of La Victoria Commons, serving residents and the surrounding community. Copa Health is dedicated to changing the lives of those with developmental, intellectual, or behavioral challenges, serving individuals across Arizona. Newtown’s mission is to help people improve their financial well-being while strengthening communities through education, counseling, coaching, and the development and stewardship of permanently affordable homes.
