Northbend Tempe
We are delighted to share the final vision of Northbend Tempe. Northbend has a contemporary urban design with the use of metal paneling, brick, and wood-like slatted screens. In addition to a variety of unit plans, the project also includes a limited number of live-work units for inspiring professionals. Close to Tempe Town Lake, Northbend offers its residents access to kayaks and bike rentals, as part of an extensive array of amenities. Northbend is a 310-unit, 4-story residential community.
