67 Flats is part of a multi-generational master plan community with multifamily and senior living developments adjacent to each other.

67 Flats is the multifamily component with 384 units. It is planned as a series of 3-story buildings in a gated setting, designed around community amenities. Indoor amenities, including the fitness center and clubhouse, encourage an active and healthy lifestyle for adults and children. Outdoor spaces entail a pool, spa, BBQ grilling stations, and lounge seating.

The 67 Flats and Juniper Square PAD a accommodates the urban design and embracing the unique characteristics of our communities. The vertically integrated buildings, made possible by the height allowances of the PAD, will enhance the local landscape and create a harmonious blend of modernity and tradition.

The two integrated communities have been designed with an emphasis on the living experience for each demographic, highlighting walkability and the pedestrian experience, connectivity to transit, quality/ interesting architecture along with appropriate building scale, and a visually interesting streetscape.
