Cottonwood Ranch Apartments provides 300 units of new affordable housing apartments for families near the Phoenix area. This 3-story, multi-family community will offer a mix of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units. The architectural design style is contemporary southwest, using a color palette that complements the surrounding area.

Collaborating with Lincoln Avenue, there was a focus on creating and implementing various innovative solutions to support their residents and the community. Solar panels will be incorporated to increase the long-term efficiency and sustainability of the community.

The pedestrian and vehicular flow within the development was meticulously planned to ensure efficient circulation for both pedestrians and vehicles. Trees and lush landscape will line the sidewalks around the frontage of the community.

Amenities include a pool/spa, a clubhouse, and fitness center. There is also an outdoor gaming lawn, social area with tables and chairs, children’s playground and a dog park.
