Sandoval Flats

Sandoval Flats is a 216 unit multifamily community dedicated to providing affordable housing options for families in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Situated in the heart of Rio Ranch, the project consists of eight, 3-story buildings that were designed to blend with the local landscape. Each building offers a variety of housing units, allowing residents to select from comfortable 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartments.

This project adheres to the La Plazuela de Sandoval Master Plan design guidelines utilizing regional architecture incorporating flat roofs, stucco, and wood elements.

Sandoval Flats’ central location benefits from the city’s amenities, including schools, shopping centers, recreational facilities, and employment opportunities. The on-site amenities of the project also include a fitness center, pool, outdoor kitchen and patio, and a tot lot. Rio Rancho exemplifies the vision of creating an affordable and family-friendly community in New Mexico.
