We are excited to announce the new development, The Addie at Metro Center in Aurora, CO! Currently under construction, this active adult senior living community will house 222 affordable units. Distinctively designed, a pocket park graces the street corner, offering a green and welcoming space for resident gatherings and pedestrian enjoyment. Thank you to our partners Dominium and WD Construction. Construction is estimated to be complete in the Spring of 2026.
