Todd & Associates Announces Construction is Complete on Elevation SanTan
We’re proud to officially unveil our recently completed Elevation SanTan for Vedura Residential, a luxury development that provides 297 units across five buildings set on 8.98 acres. Elevation SanTan delivers a contemporary, urban theme that complements and supports the adjacent retail, restaurants, and surrounding community. The design promotes a strong and attractive urban edge along Santan Village Parkway and Boston Street. The development has more than 15,000 square feet of amenity space that includes a luxury pool with poolside cabanas, a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center, sky lounge, and an entertainment ramada. Thank you to our client and our design partners, MT Builders, Sustainability Engineering Group, LLC, Caruso Turley Scott Structural Engineers, Mechanical Design, Hawkins Design Group Inc., and Lawrence Lake Interiors, on this successful collaboration.
