The Orchard at Rancho La Loma

The Orchard at Rancho La Loma is part of a master-planned senior living community called La Loma Village. The community’s vision is to provide the highest level of independent care and comfort to its residents. Residents can enjoy the resort-style amenities and can choose from several unit plans available. The community is beautifully landscaped with walking paths throughout, providing a backdrop of desert mountain views. Todd & Associates teamed with Sun Health Communities to design custom duplex casitas for sale to future residents. Residents have the option of contemporary or traditional design. There will be 14 new homes within 7 casitas. Residents will have the opportunity to select from upgraded design finishes to meet their needs and wants in the vibrant community. The traditional casitas have a southwestern design that blends with the existing campus utilizing stucco, tile roofs, and desert-inspired landscape. Influenced by the current character of Litchfield Park, the contemporary casitas have a mid-century modern design. This design includes flat roofs, accentuated eyebrows over the windows, and an emphasis on horizontal lines with clean, simplified details.
