Magnolia Ridge

This 2-story, 223-bed skilled nursing community was designed to provide for short-term rehabilitation residents and long-term and memory support residents. In this 140,000 SF building, rehabilitation residents will be accommodated in private rooms, each with individual bathrooms and a shower. Long-term and memory support residents will enjoy dedicated dining, activity, living, and outdoor spaces tailored to their particular needs and desires while being accommodated in both private and shared-private suites designed to maximize privacy and dignity. Amenity spaces will include a bistro dining area, pub, theater, salon, ice cream parlor, and internet media room. Rehabilitation services will be offered in a 3,000 SF state-of-the-art therapy gym along with an occupational and speech therapy suite, aquatic therapy component with two treatment pools, and an outdoor therapy courtyard.
