Sagewood Desert Willow Assisted Living

As Sagewood continues to expand and grow, the addition of a 44-unit assisted living building was added to the 82.5-acre campus. The new 2-story building is attached to the Acacia Health Center and accessed through its lobby, making it easy for the residents to take advantage of the amenities and services offered next door. The architectural design relates to the rest of the community that has a Southwest Regional Architectural style. There are 22 units on each floor, each with a commercial kitchen and living room area. A 2-story, high volume formal dining room is open to the 2nd floor provides comfort and luxury while residents dine. A therapy garden located on the south side of the building uses mixed paving surfaces and seating nodes throughout and features a putting green. Next to the therapy garden is a courtyard that has a calming water feature and a fire pit that is a focal point surrounded by a lounge seating area where residents can relax and unwind.
