LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona

As one of Sagewood’s goal to always provide exceptional amenities to its community, Todd & Associates designed an 18,493 sq. ft. multi-purpose building, giving residents an on-site entertainment venue. The Oasis Center includes a 420-seat auditorium with a raised platform stage, 3 meeting rooms, a serving kitchen, and an outdoor courtyard to accommodate a variety of events. With upscale features and excellent design, this building is used for musical and theatrical performances and concerts, bringing in various artists from MIM (Musical Instrument Museum). This venue also hosts special events, catered dinners, residence meetings, seminars, and continuing education courses.
