The site was specifically chosen based on the close proximity to bus and light rail stops. Healthcare facilities and civic/recreational amenities surrounding the area provide community development services. With 55-units, Camelback Pointe provides a safe affordable community with resources that are committed to improving health, wellness and housing stability for the residents. Designed with the intent to help transition the surrounding area, this complex has an urban feel and utilizes a neutral color palette with lively accent walls. The development offers one bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness room, business center, multi-purpose room, lounge, computer lab, kitchen and laundry facility. Outdoor space was designed to accommodate social gatherings utilizing courtyards and open space with an area set up for gaming such as bocce ball and horseshoes. There is also a lounging area with lush landscape, a ramada and BBQ.
